Brief Itinerary:

Day 1: Hanoi Arrival

Day 2: Hanoi - City tour – Night train to Sapa (B - L)

Day 3: Lao Cai – Bac Ha market (Special Market on Sunday) – Sapa (B,L)

Day 4: Sapa – Ta Van – Ham Rong Mountain – Night train to Hanoi (B, L)

Day 5: Hanoi – Halong Bay (B, L, D)

Day 6: Halong - Hanoi (B, L)

Day 7: Hanoi - Departure (B)

Detail Itinerary:

Day 1: Hanoi Arrival

Accommodation: Hanoi Medallion Hotel / Hanoi Silk Queen Hotel

Upon arrival in Noi Bai International Airport, you will be welcomed by Asia Charm Tours car and driver and transferred to hotel in the city center. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 2: Hanoi - City tour – Night train to Sapa (B - L)

Accommodation: King Express / Chapa Express

8:30: After breakfast, we start Hanoi City Tour. The first destination is Ho Chi Minh Complex including Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum, his stilt house, pond and garden as well as listening about his revolution life. Then, drive to visit Temple of Literature- the first Vietnam's National University. Have lunch in Vietnamese restaurant.

In the afternoon, visit the museum of Ethnic Minority to learn more about 54 minority groups of Vietnam. Then, walking around Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple. Tour ends at hotel arround 17:00, we have a shower at hotel before being picked up and transfer to train station for our night train to Sapa. Overnight on train.

Day 3: Lao Cai – Bac Ha market (Special Market on Sunday) – Sapa (B,L)Bac Ha Market - Lao Cai

Accommodation: Sapa Unique Hotel / Sapa Panorama Hotel

Arrival in Lao Cai railway station in the early morning. Enjoy breakfast at a local restaurant then transfer to Bac Ha market. The market is held every Sunday and is the biggest minority peoples market in Northwest Vietnam. You will meet Flower Hmong (Red Hmong), Black Dao, Tay, Nung and other minority groups buying and selling a wide variety of goods and livestock. After lunch at a local restaurant, you then transfer to Sapa. Overnight in Sapa.

Day 4: Sapa – Ta Van – Ham Rong Mountain – Night train to Hanoi (B, L)

Accommodation: King Express/Chapa Express

After breakfast at your hotel, trek down to villages of  Ta Van - home to Dzay people. You have chance to go by the breathtaking scenery of SaPa valley, admire the rice terraces hidden as well as learn life of the hill tribles here.

We have lunch in a local house.

Then, continue visiting HamRong Mountain, Orchid Garden and enjoy traditional music show. In the late afternoon, you will transfer to Lao Cai railway station for overnight train to Hanoi. 
Day 5: Hanoi – Halong Bay (B, L, D)Halong Bay

Accommodation: V’Spirit Cruise

6:00: Arrive Hanoi, then transfer to a mini hotel for shower.

08h00 – 08h30: After breakfast, car pick you up at your hotel and start the scenic 3.5 hour drive to Halong Bay. Enjoy the landscape of the Red River Delta countryside and have a short break on the way.

12h00 – 12h30:  Embark on Cruise, followed by a short cruise briefing

13h00 – 15h30: Have a delectable lunch in Cruises while crusing among the limestone islands.

15h30 – 16h30: Kayak among the hidden areas of the bay, around the Luon Cave area.

16h30: Back to the  Cruise.

16h30 – 17h30: Cruise to Soi Sim island for swimming and relaxing at the beach or climp up to the top of the island for a panorama view of Halong Bay.

17h30: Return to the main boat for a shower. Relax or snap photos of sunset.

19h00: Dinner is served. After that, you are free to socialize with other guests, fish for squid, or just laze around. Overnight on board.

Day 6: Halong - Hanoi (B, L)

Accommodation: Hanoi Medallion Hotel / Hanoi Silk Queen Hotel

06h30 – 07h00: Start your day with Tai Chi exercises or a photo hunt

07h30 – 08h30: Have breakfast at sunrise.

08h30 – 09h30: Explore the amazing Sung Sot Cave– the nicest cave in Halong Bay.

09h30: Return to the boat. Freshen up and check out of your cabin.

09h30 – 10h30: Continue your cruise exploring the Bay, passing Ba Hang fishing village to see life of fishmen; Dog Islet and more…

10h30 – 11h30: While heading back to the habor, watch the cooking demonstration before enjoying a traditional Vietnamese lunch.

12h00: Disembark Cruise

12h30: Transfer back to your hotel in Hanoi city center.

16h30 – 17h00: Trip finishes. You are free to relax and overnight in hotel in Hanoi.

 Day 7: Hanoi - Departure (B)

Have breakfast at the hotel and free at hotel until transfer to Noi Bai airport for your home flight. Hope you enjoyed the trip and see you again!
