This tour will bring you opportunity to explore untouched areas of the country's Vietnam with the spectacular sceneries in Ha Giang, Dong Van, Ba Be Lake and  the unique culture of the ethnic minorities here.

Brief Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival in Hanoi

Day 2: Hanoi City Tour – Lao Cai (B/L)

Day 3: Lao Cai – Bac Ha (B/L/D)

Day 4: Bac Ha – Hoang Su Phi - Ha Giang

Day 5:  Ha Giang – Quang Ba – Yen Minh – Dong Van

Day 6: Dong Van – Ma Phi Leng – Meo Vac

Day 7: Meo Vac – Bao Lac – Ba Be

Day 8: Ba Be Lake

Day 9: Ba Be – Hanoi

Detail Initerary:

Day 1: Arrival in HanoiHoan Kiem Lake - Hanoi City Tour

Upon arrival in Hanoi, you will be welcomed by Asia Charm Tours car and driver and transferred to hotel in the city center, check in and relax. Overnight in Hanoi

Day 2: Hanoi City Tour – Lao Cai (B/L)

8:30: After breakfast, your tour guide and driver will meet you at your hotel and start your Hanoi City Tour. Visit Ho Chi Minh Complex which includes Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Museum, his stilt house, pond and garden and listen about his life and revolutionary activities. Drop by the unique One Pillar Pagoda and then Tran Quoc Pagoda nearby theWestLake.

In the afternoon, visit the museum of Ethnic Minority, Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple. City tour ends with water puppet theater show– a beautifully unique cultural performance. Back to hotel and have a shower at hotel before being picked up and transfer to train station for our night train to Sapa. Overnight on train.

Day 3: Lao Cai – Bac Ha (B/L/D)Bac Ha Market

Arrive to Lao Cai around 6 am. Depending on the date of arrival, visit Bac Ha market on Sunday, Can Cau market on Saturday or Sin Cheng market on Wednesday. In the market, you can witness local people exchange goods and products, colorful traditional costume, daily life customs.

In the afternoon, enjoy a trek through Ban Pho villages- home of H’mong minority. Walking around the village to learn about local life and enjoy beautiful mountainous scenes and rice paddy fields on the way. Homstay in the village.

Day 4: Bac Ha – Hoang Su Phi - Ha Giang (B,L,D)Ha Giang

After breakfast, transfer to Hoang Su Phi visit San Chi ethnic minority people (one of the smallest ethnic group in Vietnam) and admire the beauty of  terraced paddy-fields

Then continue to Ha Giang in the early afternoon and check in the hotel. Come to Ha Giang,  take a short walk around the city or take a soft trek to some Tay villages in Ha Giang city. Have dinner and overnight hotel in Ha Giang.

Day 5: Ha Giang – Quang Ba – Yen Minh – Dong Van (B,L, D)

After breakfast, drive to Dong Van plateau (155km) located at 1025m above the sea level inhabited by H’mong and Tay ethnic groups.  Stop at “Heaven Gate” in Quan Ba - the peak of the highest mountain in the area before arriving at Yen Minh. Enjoying the poetic and magnificent mountainous scenery on the way.

Walking through the Pho Bang village inhabited by the Hoa and H’Mong people, visit palace of King Hmong- Mr Vuong Chi Sinh whose architecture is a mixture between Chinese and European styles. Overnight in Dong Van

Day 6: Dong Van – Ma Phi Leng – Meo Vac (B,L,D)

After breakfast at your hotel, visit local market in Dong Van and trek among rice terraces to visit villages

Then transfer to Ma Pi Leng – the most amazing pass ofVietnam. Standing on the view point of the pass, you can see Nho Que River. After that, descend into the valley of Meo Vac,

En route, enjoy landscapes dominated by karst mountains, rice terraces, deep valleys and orchards. Overnight in Meo Vac

Day 7: Meo Vac – Bao Lac – Ba Be (B,L,D)

After breakfast, departure to Bao Lac visit to Bao Lac market where you can meet the Hmong, the Lo Lo, the Tay and The San Chi people. Transfer to Khuoi Khon village, inhabited by members of the Black Lo Lo ethnic group

In the afternoon, moving to Ba Be, check in homestay and have time exploring the  villages and landscapes around.

Day 8: Ba Be Lake (B,L,D)

After having breakfast, take a boat on Ba Be Lake and explore the lake referred to as “Ha Long Bay on the mountains”. During the boat trip you will visit the Puong Grotto and the Dau Dang waterfall. The scenery surrounding the lake is breathtaking landscape.

In the afternoon, you will take a trek to observe the local communities, exploring their daily life,

By late afternoon you will return to your local Tay ethnic minority house, where you enjoy dinner and stay overnight tonight.

Day 9: Ba Be – Hanoi (B,L)

After our breakfast, say goodbye to the Tay family and return to Hanoi. On the way back to Hanoi, we will visit the Thai Nguyen Minority and CultureMuseum  where we can learn something about the culture and traditions of the different minority groups inVietnam.

Arrive Hanoi in the afternoon. Wait until departure flight; you will be transferred to the airport for your flight back home. Tour ends.
